Shine Squad Car Detailing Agreement

By booking or using Shine Squad’s mobile detailing services, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, forming a legal agreement between you and Shine Squad LLC (“Contractor,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

Firm Prepayment, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

In order to book Shine Squad’s mobile detailing services, you must pay half (50%) of the full service price at the time of the booking.

• Payable via credit/debit on file 
• Non-refundable in the event of client cancellation or reschedule, regardless of notice period 
• Remaining balance will be paid when service is completed  

‍

If a client must reschedule an appointment, they are allowed to reschedule within 2 weeks of the original service date without any cancellation fees. 

‍

• Clients are allowed one reschedule per deposit/appointment   
• There will be no refund of the prepayment for reschedules

‍

If an appointment is canceled, there will be no refund of prepayment and there will be an additional fee. 

‍

• More than 48 hour notice: No fee 
• 24-48 hour notice: $50 fee
• Cancellation of appointment within 24 hours of service time: 100% of service amount
• Client or car not present/available upon arrival: 100% of service amount

Client understands and agrees to the cancellation fee structure at the time of booking. 

‍

Note: Shine Squad reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. This cancellation policy also applies to gift certificate appointments. For any cancellation or missed appointment fees, the credit card on file will be charged the applicable amount.

Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality

By booking, you agree to provide Shine Squad personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform services, including detailing, ceramic coating, and other cosmetic enhancements. We strive to maintain high-quality service standards. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion. Concerns raised beyond this timeframe or refusal to participate in the final inspection will not be addressed.

Accidents and Pre-Existing Conditions 

Shine Squad will document any pre-existing damage before starting work but is not liable for such conditions. If any damage occurs while in our care, we will notify you promptly. Shine Squad is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Fees, Service Terms & Payment

‍

• Total Cost: The fee is set at booking. Additional charges for add-ons or extended time over 30 minutes will be discussed with you for approval
• Payment: Due within 24 hours upon completion via Credit Card, Debit, Cash, Check or Venmo. Late payments incur a 10% fee. You are responsible for Shine Squad’s collection costs, if applicable 
• Extra Dirty Fee: If a job takes longer than anticipated, an extra dirty fee of $50 per additional 30 minutes may apply, subject to your approval
• Large Vehicle Fee: Our online rates don’t account for large vehicles, if you have a 3-rd row vehicle or large truck and don’t disclose that when booking online, there will be a fee of $50-$100 depending on services selected

Access Requirements

To perform mobile detailing services, we require access to water and electricity. If access is unavailable upon arrival, a fee of up to 100% of the service amount will apply. If you’re unsure about water and electric access, please call (970) 590-6192 to reschedule.

Safety

Please disclose any hazardous substances in your vehicle before detailing. You assume responsibility for any health or safety risks associated with your vehicle.

Feedback, Termination & Governing Law

We welcome your feedback at shinesquadnoco@gmail.com. By booking our services, you grant Shine Squad permission to use images of your vehicle for marketing purposes, unless you object in writing. Either party may terminate this agreement if the terms are not met or if there is unlawful breach of this contract. This agreement is governed by Colorado law. By booking and using our services, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner and are 18 years of age or older. You agree to indemnify and hold Shine Squad harmless from any claims or damages arising from a lack of authority to enter into this agreement.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that:

• Shine Squad does not guarantee any specific outcome 
• You are agreeing to the terms of this service agreement 
• Payment is for the time and effort Shine Squad spent servicing your vehicle, not tied to any specific outcome
• All sales are final
